Pastor Jeff Johns has been a minister of the gospel since his youth. Saved at the age of 12, he was groomed for ministry by the elders of the church. From the age of 18 to 24, Pastor Johns served as a church youth leader, ministered at area Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship, as well as maximum security prisons.
While pastoring Tippecanoe Christian Center, which is now White Horse Christian Center, Pastor Johns earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Purdue University, and a Master of Science in Management. He has a Doctorate degree through Shalom Bible College.
He has been a Pastor
in Lafayette, IN since 1984.
The church reflects Pastor Johns’ commitment to the Body of Christ and
his heart for the nations. This center of renewal has experienced much growth
in the past two years - as in the Book of Acts (2:47) the Lord has “added
to the church daily such as should be saved.” The church’s strong
apostolic and prophetic thrust is directed toward the equipping of the saints
for the work of the ministry.
Pastor Johns is a pastor of pastors and is anointed to identify, nurture and raise up leaders. He is recognized by many as a father in the faith, demonstrating the heart of the Good Shepherd toward His flock. He and his wife Jane, have six children and six grandchildren.
